Team Roster & Schedules

Coaches you are responsible for inputing your schedule & adding your FINAL roster of cleared athletes to FHSAA. Athletes that have not finished the clearing process CAN NOT be added to your roster. Link below is to Home Campus. You also MUST download the “Home Campus” app on your phone so that you have all of your athletes contact information, emergency contacts & health information in the case of an emergency.

How to set your Roster? Schedule & Coaches?

Within your Home Campus account there is a button on the left side “Teams”. You will then find your sport & click the blue box for “Varsity” or red box for “JV”. At the top of that page for each sport will be the deadlines that you need to pay attention too, like when rosters & schedules are due, first allowable practices, . Please DO NOT wait till the last minute to get these submitted.

• Roster? If you scroll down on this page you will see a yellow box “Roster” by clicking that button you will be taken to the area to add your athletes to the official roster.
• Schedule? Just below that is the blue “Schedule” button please make sure all of your games/matches are there & all of the information is correct.
• Coaches? If you have more than 1 coach please make sure they are ALL listed/added here.

ALL Coaches both volunteer & paid will require the following:

• FLDOE teaching certificate and/or FLDOE coaching certificate
• Okaloosa County Finger printing / Background check (see the PDF below for details)
• CPR/First Aid/AED Certificate – online video can count
• NFHS Videos (all)
  • Concussion
  • Heat Illness
  • Cardiac Arrest
  • Recruiting
  • Tackling (Football Only)

Onboarding certification process must be completed prior to coaching activity!
