1. Introduction
Destin High School (“DHS”) is seeking proposals from qualified marketing firms to strengthen our outreach, enhance our brand presence, and increase full-time student enrollment ahead of the 2026–2027 school year. The marketing firm selected should be ready to act as the “Chief Marketing Officer” of and for DHS.
DHS continues to grow its academic, arts, athletic, and career-technical offerings and is looking for a marketing partner that can understand our community, our goals, and our identity as a unique coastal charter high school.
The selected firm will help DHS develop and implement a comprehensive, data-driven marketing plan and support implementation efforts that expand awareness of our programs, drive family engagement, and increase enrollment.
2. Background
Destin High School is a public charter school serving grades 9–12 in Destin, Florida. Since opening, DHS continues to evolve and expand opportunities for students in areas such as cybersecurity, digital media, commercial fishing, performing arts, and offers a broad range of athletics.
As our programs continue to grow, so does our need for a thoughtful, targeted, and strategic marketing plan, one that reaches and entices families across the region, communicates the benefits of a DHS education, and supports enrollment growth. We are seeking a firm that can only design a strong plan and help us execute it successfully.
3. Scope of Work
The selected marketing firm will be expected to provide the following services:
A. Assessment & Research
- Conduct a thorough review of DHS its current marketing strategies and brand presence.
- Evaluate all digital platforms, website, social media, print materials, and community engagement efforts.
- Assess family decision-making trends, demographic data, and local market conditions.
B. Development of a Comprehensive Marketing Plan
The plan should include:
- Clear strategies to increase full-time student enrollment.
- Recommended improvements to existing marketing and communication efforts.
- A structured timeline with milestones and measurable performance indicators.
- Strategies for digital marketing, social media, community outreach, branding, targeted advertising, storytelling, and enrollment-pipeline communication.
- Recommendations for message alignment, visual consistency, and overall positioning of DHS.
C. Implementation
- Execute all aspects of marketing for the school.
- Execute the adopted marketing plan through campaign management, content creation, social media management, and targeted advertising.
- Execute all aspects of communicating with families from initial contact through registration.
- Provide creative design support and create print and digital materials.
- Provide coverage at up to ten events monthly (athletics, arts, school, club meetings, etc…) to capture the essence of our school for media marketing (i.e., interviews, photographs, video, etc…).
- Offer guidance and assistance in planning community events, open houses, and partnership outreach.
- Optimize digital and print campaigns based on performance data.
D. Reporting & Communication
- Provide monthly reports outlining campaign performance, enrollment trends, progress on milestones, and recommended adjustments.
- Communicate regularly with DHS leadership to ensure alignment and clarity.
4. Proposal Requirements
Proposals should include:

- Relevant experience working with schools or enrollment-driven projects.
- Relevant Experience & Case Studies
- Examples of past work that demonstrate success in brand growth, enrollment marketing, or similar initiatives.
- Approach & Methodology
- Description of your process for evaluating current marketing efforts and developing a strategic plan.
- Outline of how you support implementation and measure success.
- Proposed Timeline & Milestones
- A project timeline from January through July 2026.
- Key deliverables and milestones.
- Team Qualifications
- Bios for team members who will work with DHS.
- Roles and responsibilities.
- Cost Proposal
- Transparent pricing structure with all anticipated costs.
- Any optional add-on services or media-buying recommendations.
- References
- At least three references from similar engagements.
5. Evaluation Criteria
Proposals will be evaluated on:
- Demonstrated success with enrollment growth or comparable marketing efforts
- Strength and practicality of the proposed strategy
- Ability to begin work immediately
- Cost and overall value
- Clarity of communication
- Alignment with DHS’s mission, culture, and long-term goals
- Creativity and innovative thinking

1. Introduction
Destin High School (DHS) is seeking proposals from qualified financial institutions to establish a new comprehensive banking relationship. The selected bank will provide depository services, treasury management, and credit solutions aligned with the operational and strategic needs of a growing independent charter high school.
2. Organizational Overview
Destin High School is an independent charter school in Destin, Florida. DHS manages a high volume of operational transactions and requires a secure, efficient, and innovative banking partner that can support both day-to-day activity and long-term financial strategy.
Estimated Monthly Deposits: $400,000–$600,000
3. Scope of Services
The selected bank will be expected to provide the following:
A. Depository Services

Maintain primary business operating checking and savings accounts and related sub-accounts as needed.

Provide full online banking access with robust administrative controls.

Offer positive pay / ACH filters / fraud prevention tools.

Support same-day or next-day funds availability.
B. Public Depository Requirement

The bank must be a Certified Public Depository authorized to hold public funds in the State of Florida.
C. DACA Capability

Due to bond requirements, the bank must be able to execute a DACA agreement (Deposit Account Control Agreement) for accounts designated by DHS.
D. Treasury & Cash Management

ACH origination and receipt services.

Wire services (domestic and, if available, international).

Remote deposit capture and mobile deposit options.

Integrated reporting and account reconciliation tools.
E. Sweep & Yield Optimization
DHS prioritizes institutions that can offer:

A sweep account solution.

Other innovative products or structures that enhance yield, liquidity, and fund security while remaining compliant with public funds requirements.
F. Credit Solutions
The bank must be willing and able to provide:

A line of credit appropriate to DHS cash flow and operating needs.

A credit card program suitable for organizational purchasing controls and reporting.
G. Payments Ecosystem Compatibility
DHS currently utilizes:

Bill.com for accounts payable.

PEX prepaid Visa cards for local purchases.
Banks may propose equivalent systems; however:

Replacement systems are not required, as DHS has existing infrastructure.

Compatibility or minimal disruption integration is strongly preferred.
4. Vendor Qualifications
Proposals should demonstrate:
